“Nature lovers, my name is Ovidiu. I am a tour guide from Murighiol village in Tulcea county.
I can’t speak for others, but for me, it all started at a young age on what I consider the most beautiful playground in the world: my paradise, the Danube Delta.
From the age of 7, when we had already mastered the art of rowing well enough without our parents’ supervision, we would take our boats and venture across the lake to Murighiol in search of adventure, play, and sweets.
The latter were often gifted to us by Romanian and foreign tourists, whom we joyfully guided to the spots adorned with water lilies on the purple lake.
As we grew older, our childhood games morphed into a passion for nature and a desire to showcase this magnificent place in our country to people from all corners of the globe.”
